You will not find a more helpful group of professionals who are ready and willing to assist one another whether on or off charter.

Charter Show Participants

WHO CAN SIGN UP: Whilst we don’t like to play favourites we do have to prioritize certain roles at the show. Yachts, crews and brokers are key to the event. Then we do our best to accommodate everyone else.

BOATS AND CREWS IN THE BVI: The Charter Yacht Society show is open to ALL term charter crewed yachts regardless of one's home base. You do not need to be CYS member to attend , although members do enjoy year-round benefits as well as a heavily discounted show. Read more about member benefits here. Refer to YACHT REGISTRATION below for specifics on pricing.

VENUE: Nanny Cay is our host venue. Nanny Cay is able to confirm the allocation of 50+ slips. Once we reach registration capacity boats will be waitlisted. This is to ensure we do not overcommit. DO NOT PANIC! Historically, we do eventually work our way through the waitlist. In addition, this year, Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour will be used to showcase a selection of &Beyond Yacht Charter boats. A shuttle will be provided during the day to transport brokers to the marina.

BROKERS: Nanny Cay offers brokers 20% off the rack rates which start at $210 per night plus tax and service charge. There are a variety of room categories. Villas are also available although the discount does not apply. Any broker desiring to book for 5 nights, arriving Sunday 8th and departing Friday 14th of November, can enjoy a 30% discount. Reservations must be made direct at: reservations@nannycay.com. See BROKER REGISTRATION below for more additional show information and pricing.

CLEARINGHOUSE REPS and MANAGERS: If you plan to attend the show and engage with brokers and crews you must register.

VENDORS: Our marine expo affords captains, chefs and brokers the once-a-year opportunity to meet, in person, representatives of local businesses which offer quality products and services that ensure guests have the experience of a lifetime. Our expo typically features 30+ businesses and takes place the evening of the first show day. This year Tuesday November 11th. See VENDOR REGISTRATION below to find out how one can secure a spot.

As the Sailing Capital of the Caribbean our waters remain azure blue and an average temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The trade winds blow predictably and steadily year-round. In a world full of changes, we assure you these are constants in the BVI.

Topics include but are not limited to Charter Broker Role and Responsibilities, Boat Show Purpose and Protocol, Yacht Databases, and Contract Terms Clauses and Applicability. Are you former or soon-to-be former crew? Many have gone before you, completed the course ahead of you and admit they learnt much more than they thought they would.

Marine Expo Registration

One of the main objectives at our annual Charter Show is creating connections, whether connecting yacht crews and brokers or local businesses and crews. We take every opportunity to ensure the most is made of having all industry representatives in one place at one time.

The Marine Expo or Marketplace is the perfect venue for business representatives to showcase their goods or services to the industry. It is just one night but "Oh what a night!". Attendees can taste, feel, sample, and observe. Our marine industry is successful because the network of related businesses is one of the best in the world.

2025 Marketplace details include:

  • When: November 11th from 6 pm – 9:00 pm (rain or moonshine)
  • Location: Near Peg Legs Tent @ Nanny Cay
  • Set up: 12 pm onwards. If more time is needed, let us know.
  • Please do not set up your tent without confirming your space with us.
  • Space: We have one very large common tent with 6-foot tables. Except for sister island attendees and sponsors, these are available on a first come first serve basis. Single spaces only available
  • Those erecting a tent are urged to use sandbags and / or breeze blocks due to underground lines. We have limited ground space for erecting one's own tent. Priority is given to sponsors.
  • Lights and Power: The common tent is lit. Separate tent users should bring an extension cord and lights. NOTE: Industrial appliances cannot be accommodated.
  • Can you sell at the event? Absolutely.
  • Cost: $150 per single space
  • Dismantling: We are guests at Nanny Cay and, as such, we are required to restore the property to its normal business state. Tents must be dismantled the day after the event.
  • Contact: Email our office info@bvicrewedyachts.com if you have any questions. Register interest by completing the form in the drop-down menu

Space is limited. Sign up early.
